Equipment filtering, basin/region targeting, driver reviews of companies, and verified driver profiles don't exist on those platforms. Most Premium listings receive driver inquiries within 24–72 hours of posting, depending on the equipment type and region. Premium jobs are pinned to the top of search results and trigger priority alert emails to matching drivers. Free-tier listings appear in standard order and receive standard (non-priority) alerts.
Driver profiles include self-reported credentials (MC number, GVWR, equipment, routes). Premium companies see a Verified badge on drivers who have completed their full profile and been matched at least once — a signal of engagement, not a background check. We're building deeper verification (FMCSA cross-check) as the network scales.
Free (Beta) includes: 1 active job listing, basic company profile, driver applications inbox, browse & contact drivers, and standard job-match alerts to drivers. Premium ($49/mo) adds: featured/pinned placement, unlimited job posts, verified company badge, priority driver alerts (notified before free-tier companies), and full public profile with reviews.
